Applied Photography SIG – April

When: Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 7:00pm
Where: Drummond Twsp Hall, 1920 Drummond Concession 7

Macro photography is one of the most popular forms of photography, and with good reason. It is very accessible (can be done in your own backyard or in your studio where you can control the lighting), and the subject matter is endless. René Jones will be sharing his knowledge and hints on how to capture that perfect macro image that you will be proud to put on display. After René’s presentation we will have the opportunity to set up our cameras and put the lesson to good use. Please bring your camera, tripod and if you have a couple of items that you would like to photograph and allow others to shoot - bring them with you.

We had a lot of fun at the March meeting photographing light. Although some were not able to attend we hope that you got a chance to make some pictures on your own. So let’s see the results of your experimentation with light photography. This type of photography allows for lots of creativity and imagination encouraging others to step into a different realm and hopefully a new experience with their cameras.
