Applied Photography SIG – October 2016

Where: Drummond Twsp Hall, 1920 Drummond Concession 7 (Directions below)

with Wendy Wood

Have you ever felt uncomfortable taking an image of a person, building or even a landscape - wondering if you have the right to do it? Member Wendy Wood will be answering your questions on just that type of concern. She will addressing “What you can do; what you shouldn’t do and when you need to tread with caution when taking, publishing and/or selling an image. When you should consider obtaining a model or property ‘release' and what that 'release' should contain." Being a partner of Onion Photography Wendy has lots of experience in this area and has kindly agreed to share it with our membership. Come out and join us for an informative evening.

As always, we encourage you to share your images (maximum of 3) with other members. We all learn by seeing others photos and more often than not it encourages us to get out there with our camera. We also like to hear about how you got the final result. We don’t restrict images to only your best ones. If you captured an okay shot but would like to know what you could have done to improve on it - send it along too. Please send Linda your images by noon on Tuesday, October 4th.

Look forward to seeing you on Tuesday
