When: Tuesday, November 25, 2014 @ 7:00 pm
Where: Algonquin College, Room 104
Guest Speaker: David & Helga Zimmerly
Our presentation this month is being given by LCCC members David and Helga Zimmerly who will be sharing their images with us from their Arctic voyage. We are all familiar with David’s talented images so we know that this presentation will be filled with exceptional exposures that document their Arctic adventures. We look forward to the opportunity to come aboard Erasmus with David and Helga.
Theme Image: Abstract Architecture
As is the usual case when looking at the theme topic, you are encouraged to interpret it in your own personal manner. The submissions are always a surprise and this month’s theme is no exception. Imagination and execution will provide many varied interpretations of the theme of Abstract Architecture. We look forward to sharing the variety of imaginative images.
You are encouraged to submit your photo to share with other club members. Sending your image by e-mail works very well and facilitates showing them on the screen at the meeting. For this month, please send your photo to René Jones. When submitting your images, please identify them with your first and last name and in the subject line of your e-mail indicate that it is for the theme Abstract Architecture.
You are encouraged to submit images for Anything Goes either by e-mail or by bringing them with you to the meeting in printed format. You can submit more than one image for this segment. For images submitted this month please e-mail them to René Jones. Please identify the images with your first and last name and in the subject line please type Anything Goes.
It is by sharing with each other that we learn and this segment offers an opportunity to do just that. By sharing our images we receive encouragement for our efforts and gain inspiration from the work of others which may lead us to try new techniques.
