Meeting – Applied Photography

When: Tuesday, January 7, 2014 @ 7 pm
Where: Drummond Twsp Hall, 1920 Drummond Concession 7

Gone are the days of spending hours in the darkroom stitching images together or buying a very expensive camera to create panoramic pictures. It is an achievable feat with our digital cameras and a computer program that will stitch the images together. But there are things that you need to know to get the perfect Panoramic. René is going to share his knowledge of how to make a panoramic photo as well as what to do with it in the editing process. As much as we would like to put this lesson to practice at the meeting it will be impossible, so your cameras can stay at home on Tuesday. We hope to have an outside photo shoot in the spring when you will be able to put this info to good use.

There was no specific assignment last month so please send one or two images that you would like to share with the other members. We ENCOURAGE you to CONTRIBUTE. Sharing your photos with other members is a great way to get feedback and offer inspiration to others so please consider sending Linda your photos (maximum of 2) so we can enjoy your photos too.
