When: Tuesday, March 25, 2014 @ 7:00 pm
Where: Algonquin College, Room 104
Guest Speaker: Greg Flick, Adobe
Topic: Cloud Technology
This month we have a guest speaker, Greg Flick, from Adobe who will be sharing his wealth of knowledge about Cloud technology. To quote Greg "I have been supporting Cloud technology in true sense of its definition since 2004. Before that a derivative of the cloud since the late 90's." Many of us think we don't use the Cloud but Greg will be telling us just how we actually do use it and what a "brave new world" this technology is presenting to us. We are sure that this will be an interesting conversation and informative evening.
Theme Image: JOINTS
One can only imagine the possibilities with this subject! Get your cameras out and start clicking or draw on your photo library then send your choice of pics to share with the members. We really appreciate your participation with the Members' Showcase and Anything Goes so please continue and share your images with the club.
We have found that submitting them via e-mail works really well as we can show them on the screen for easy viewing. E-mail your photo(s) to René Jones. Name your images with your first and last name and the theme title in the subject line.
Pictures in this segment can be of any subject. Sometimes we have a fantastic photo that we want to share and sometimes we would like to have some feedback on what could have been done to improve the image. By sharing your inspiration, techniques and questions with other members it helps all of us to develop as a more informed photographer.
Again, we really like showing the images on the screen but if you have a photo printed on a special paper or canvas and would like to share it, please do. When e-mailing your photo send them to René Jones with Anything Goes in the subject line. Please name your images with your first and last name.
