When: Tuesday, November 22, 2016 @ 7:00 pm
Where: Algonquin College, Room 104
Guest Speaker: Tony Beck - “Always An Adventure”
We are delighted to have Tony Beck with us this month so all the birders and nature lovers in the club will be on high alert for his presentation and wonderful nature photography. Tony has been consumed by the joy of photography since purchasing his first DSLR in 1982. He will be joining us from Ottawa where he teaches birdwatching and nature photography and is a skilled Naturalist Tour Guide to polar regions and global tropical destinations as well.
This will be an interesting and informative evening with Tony sharing his views on his wildlife photography style, tips and technical discussions. We are looking forward to some wonderful images.
Theme Image and Anything Goes:
Submit your ONE best shot for the “Theme” which this month is ALTERED REALITY. This theme will be a challenge for some of us and a delight for others - which camp do you fall into? Imagination, as always, is key but then I’m sure there will be some wonderful interpretations that the rest of us never contemplated.
Please remember to have your photo submitted no later than NOON on Tuesday, November 22nd as no late submissions or memory sticks will be able to be included in the presentation. Please send your Theme photo with your name and the title ALTERED REALITY on the subject line to Robert Feduke.
“Anything Goes” submissions have been changed to a limit of 2 photos to ensure that there is sufficient time to cover all our planned presentations. Please identify your photos with your name and in the subject line please include the identifier of Anything Goes. Please send them to Robert Feduke by NOON on November 22nd.
This month's member showcase presenter will be: Wendy Wood
