When: Tuesday, June 28, 2016 @ 6:30 pm
Where: Algonquin College, Room 104
There are a few changes to the final meeting of the season for you to be be aware of so please take note:
1) Arrival time for this meeting has been moved to 6:30PM to allow sufficient time for the set up of the sweets table and the arranging and labeling of member photographs for the Photo Challenge.
2) You may bring a guest to this meeting so that they can appreciate the talent and friendship that abounds at the LCCC.
3) At 7:00PM sharp all LCCC members will be ushered outside for a group photograph to be taken by Craig Greenwood.
The final business meeting will include a summation of the year, the announcement of the election of the Executive Officers and the announcement of the Special Interest Groups’ Co-ordinators for the coming season.
This will be followed by a break to enjoy the sweet table and view the Photo Challenge submissions. You will have an opportunity to chat with the photographers and discuss their submissions while enjoying a multiplicity of deserts.

There will be cards provided so that the members submitting photos for the Photo Challenge may write the title of their image and their name. These should be completed upon your arrival at 6:30 prior to the start of the meeting. All photo submissions should be mounted on foamcore and/or in a mat so that they can be displayed to their best advantage.
We look forward to sharing the sweet submissions from all our excellent club bakers. Paper plates and napkins will be provided. Please bring the beverage of your choice, as long as it is non-alcoholic.
Theme: Black & White
Following the break, we will gather again for the final portion of this season’s meeting. For the final theme of the season you may submit a photo of any subject - as long as it is in Black & White. That gives you a wide open opportunity to showcase up to three images. Please ensure that you submit your photos to Robert Feduke no later than noon on Tuesday June 28th.
Presentation: Jean Denis Labelle
JD will be presenting some of the photos taken by LCCC members during our joint Photo Shoot with the Brockville Area Camera Club.
